This site was previously vacant and used for parking council refuse trucks but now provides a 22-unit housing development, of which several are affordable units.
A terrace of houses runs along the main road to infill a previous gap between adjacent terraces and, to the rear, a central courtyard acts as a focal point for both car and pedestrian access with a small block of flats accessed by a short road our of the north side of the courtyard.
The design of the units is in a semi-traditional style using brick and weatherboarding.
